1. About Venspace

Venspace is a digital platform that allows users to discover, book and manage creative spaces. Venspace also provides SpaceOS, an operating system that helps studio owners manage day to day studio operations.

Venspace connects guests and hosts but does not own or control any listed spaces.

2. Definitions

• Guest refers to any user who books a space on Venspace.
• Host refers to any user who lists and manages one or more spaces.
• Booking refers to a confirmed reservation made by a Guest.
• Service Fees refers to charges applied to Guests and Hosts for platform use.
• SpaceOS refers to the studio management software provided by Venspace.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Venspace or SpaceOS.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

4. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Keep your account secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Venspace may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Marketplace Pricing

6. SpaceOS Pricing

SpaceOS is available through monthly subscription plans. Plans include:

• Enterprise

7. Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to:

• Provide accurate listing information
• Maintain safe and functional spaces
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Disclose all rules before the booking takes place
• Comply with all local laws and regulations

Hosts are solely responsible for their listed spaces and any claims related to their use.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Respect all studio rules
• Arrive and leave on time
• Keep the studio clean and undamaged
• Pay for any approved fees or add ons
• Comply with all host policies

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking.

9. Payments and Payouts

• Guests pay at the time of booking.
• Hosts receive payouts after the booking is completed unless otherwise stated.
• Venspace uses third party payment providers. Processing times may vary.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are determined by the Host unless stated otherwise.

Venspace may issue refunds in cases that follow:

• Host cancellation policy
• Verified disputes
• Fraud reviews

Refund decisions made by Venspace are final.

11. SpaceOS Responsibilities

SpaceOS is a tool for operational management. Venspace is not responsible for:

• Loss of data due to user error
• Operational decisions made by the studio
• Internal staff actions
• Third party integrations or failures

Studios are responsible for verifying all outputs and records.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Misrepresent spaces or bookings
• Use Venspace for illegal activity
• Interfere with platform security
• Create fraudulent bookings
• Circumvent fees
• Scrape or copy platform data

Violation may lead to account suspension or removal from the platform.

13. Intellectual Property

All Venspace branding, logos, interfaces, software systems and content remain the property of Venspace. Users may not replicate, redistribute or resell any platform component.

14. Limitation of Liability

Venspace is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages occurring within a Host’s space
• Loss of income
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Technical issues outside our control
• Actions taken by Guests or Hosts

Your use of Venspace is at your own risk.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold Venspace harmless from any claim arising from:

• Misuse of a listed space
• Violation of these Terms
• Damages caused to a space or equipment
• Breach of local laws
• Incorrect or misleading information

16. Modifications

Venspace may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on the website.
